The law firm is unreliable when it comes to activities related to CHF loans. First, an analysis of possible claims not adapted to the client's situation, then the same with the complaint letter to the bank. Copy and paste, as if everyone's case was the same. No one analyzed the documents properly, contact was poor. I withdrew from the contract. I do not recommend.

We established cooperation with the Frejowski Law Firm based on the opinions of other clients and analyzing the offer. We were impressed by the flexible approach to the terms of cooperation, as well as the honest presentation of the costs, risks and time frames of legal proceedings. The method of information and communication as well as the transparent presentation of each stage of the proceedings convinces us that our case is being handled with the utmost care. A very convenient way is to document each step of the procedure in the Law Firm's electronic system, to which we have unlimited but safe access. Our claim against the bank has already been accepted by the Court, and the Law Firm's argumentation turned out to be so effective that the Court issued a decision to secure our claims by suspending further loan repayment until the proceedings are completed.

We chose Frejowski CHF Law Firm to handle the case in court with the Bank regarding a Swiss franc loan. We greatly appreciate your commitment, responsiveness and quick action. We were convinced by the fact that we had direct contact with the attorney, and not with an intermediary, which, in our opinion, is what distinguishes this law firm on the market. We are kept informed about all activities. And what's more, we already have our first success! Less than two months after filing the lawsuit, the Court suspended the obligation to repay the loan installments for the duration of the trial. This bodes positively!

Terrible contact. There is a hearing tomorrow and my husband has not received any information whether the hearing will be online. Last week, the law firm allegedly called my husband and instructed him how to testify in court. We have been trying to call them for several days. Unsuccessfully. The hearing is tomorrow at 9 and we are not sure whether the lawyer will show up in court at all.
